What We Were Asked to Solve
The National Office of Tunisian Tourism, operating under the Ministry of Tourism of Tunisia, required a multi-territory exhibition programme spanning 3 continents across multiple cities and trade shows simultaneously. Each venue demanded a stand tailored to its specific surface area while maintaining consistent brand standards for Tunisia's tourism identity across all locations. Stand sizes ranged from 24 sqm to 200 sqm depending on the venue and strategic priority.

How We Delivered It
EFFECT Global managed the full production and deployment of the ONTT exhibition programme across all territories. A modular, scalable stand system was developed to adapt across all venues and surface areas — 24, 36, 48, 72, 100, and 200 sqm — without compromising visual consistency or brand impact. Each configuration was designed to communicate Tunisia's cultural richness, tourist destinations, and hospitality offer to international travel professionals and tourism buyers at each specific market.
Venues and shows covered: MIT at Parc des Expositions du Kram in Tunis; SITEV Algeria at SAFEX Algiers; Tourism & Travel Fair Oran at Centre des Conventions Mohamed Benahmed; Vakantiebeurs at Jaarbeurs Utrecht; Salon des Vacances at Brussels Expo; BIT Borsa Internazionale del Turismo at Fiera Milano and Allianz MiCo Milano Convention Centre; TTG Travel Experience at Rimini Expo Centre; TT Warsaw at the Palace of Culture and Science; MITT Moscow at Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center; Arabian Travel Market at Dubai World Trade Centre; COTTM China at China National Convention Center in Beijing; and ITB China at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center.
Each stand was fabricated, transported, and installed by the EFFECT Global team. Despite the complexity of cross-border logistics across 3 continents and multiple simultaneous deployments, every installation was completed in good conditions. A certificate of satisfactory completion was issued for each project upon delivery.
