Two separate budgets: floor space and the stand
1. Floor space
Paid directly to the show organiser. The per-sqm rate depends on the show, the position (corner, island, main aisle) and sometimes the format (space only or shell scheme). Every organiser sets its own rates, so ask for the rate card before booking.
2. The stand itself
This is what our prices cover: design, production, delivery to the show, installation and dismantling. A stand quote that doesn't separate these two budgets can't be compared with another.

What does a complete stand cost?
Straight arithmetic on the minimum rates above, for the stand only. These are not quotes: AV, premium finishes or a raised structure change the total.

Checklist: what a stand quote should itemise
Two quotes with the same total can cover very different work. Check that every line below is either priced or explicitly excluded.

- Number of 3D proposals and revision rounds included
- Technical drawings for the organiser's approval file
Production
- Structure, walls and flooring: materials and finishes specified
- Graphics: sizes, substrates and number of visuals
- Furniture: quantities and models
Technical
- Stand lighting
- Screens and AV: sizes and rental period
- Stand wiring kept separate from the organiser's power connection fee
Logistics
- Delivery to the show and on-site handling

A turnkey custom stand starts from around MAD 1,200/sqm (USD 120/sqm) for a compact 6–9 sqm stand. Stands of 10–36 sqm start from around MAD 1,700/sqm (USD 180), stands of 40 sqm and above from around MAD 2,400/sqm (USD 250), and pavilions from around MAD 2,900/sqm (USD 300). The final price depends on size, design, materials and AV.
Does the price include floor space at the show?
No. Floor space is billed directly by the show organiser at its own rates. Our prices cover the stand itself: design, production, delivery, installation and dismantling. Organiser charges such as the power connection, badges and required insurance are also separate.
Why are prices shown in USD and MAD?
Our price tiers are set in USD. Dirham figures are indicative, converted at Bank Al-Maghrib's reference rate of 23 September 2026 (USD 1 = MAD 9.5905) and rounded to the nearest MAD 100, so they are approximate. Your final quote states the currency and rate that apply.
